1 Cooperation with Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH for engine cooling system cleaning
In the last months we have been awarded to carry out several projects to clean the cooling water circuit of mtu solutions CHP units. This measure is aimed at increasing efficiency and avoiding engine downtime. Cleaning the cooling water circuit is crucial to remove deposits and impurities that can affect the performance of the systems over time. This proactive measure can prevent potential breakdowns and ensure long-term operational reliability.

2 Preservation of STEAG GmbH power plants in Southwest Germany
In March our team carried out the preservation of the Power Plant Fenne in the city of Völklingen. The power plant consits of two units for producing energy and heat. During the last two years, the plant was in operation to secure the heat supply in the local area. But for the next month it will be offline due to the summer season.

After the preservation of the Power Plant Fenne, now also the 656 MW Power Plant in Weiher is using ODACON® again to protect the water stream cycle from corrosion during offline periods. The plant is again under re-dispatch operation scheme and we only be running for grid stabilization purposes.
